Our starting investment reflects the quality, detail and reliability we bring to every clean. Pricing varies based on the size of the home, condition, type of service (standard, deep, rentals/STR. or post construction), and any additional requests. All services include professional cleaning supplies and equipment provided by our team. Additional factors such as excessive buildup, pet hair, laundry, bed making, same day turnovers, trash, and travel may affect final pricing. We're happy to provide a customized quote to fit your specific needs and property!
Standard Clean
Standard cleaning services are priced starting at a minimum service charge of $125 per visit.
Deep Clean
Deep cleaning services are priced starting at a minimum service charge of $225 per visit.
Post- Construction Clean
Post-Construction cleaning services start at $0.55-0.60 per square foot.

Rental/STR Clean
Rental cleaning services start at a minimum service charge of $125.00 per turnover.
Curated STR/Rental Cleans start at: $150.00 per turnover.
-Curated cleans include additional staging,presentiation, and property-specific setup requirements.

1 Bedroom - $125.00+
2 Bedroom- $150.00+
3 Bedroom- $200.00+

5+ Bedrooms- Custom Quote
Final Pricing is based on square footage, number of beds, guest capacity, laundry requirements, amenities, travel distance, and overall property needs. Additional services are not included in the minimum starting price.
Details & Additional Pricing for Rental/STR Properties
Trash Removal:
We do not remove or haul trash from properties.
Pet Fee: $40
Additional Trips/Errands: Starting at $75 per trip
Trips or Errands outside of scheduled cleaning services are subjected to an additional service fee. This includes supply pickups, propane exchanges, special trips to the property, and similar requests.

Freshen up cleans: Starting at $75
Includes light Dusting, bug removal, flushing toilets, light touch ups, and general property refreshing.
Excessive Cleaning: Starting at $65 Additional
Applies when a property requires cleaning beyond the normal turnover scope.

Exterior Trash/Litter Pickup: Starting at $25
Applies to trash, litter, or debris left outside the property.
Waiting Time: Starting at $25
Applies when cleaners are delayed by guests, owners, maintenance vendors, contractors, or other circumstances outside our control. Charges may begin after 15 minutes beyond the scheduled/approved cleaning start time.
